Privacy Policy

This policy applies to orokii.com only. orokii.com is the corporate marketing website of Orokii Inc., a Delaware corporation. Throughout this policy, “Orokii”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Orokii Inc.

orokii.com is an informational and marketing surface. It is not a product, an application, or a service through which financial transactions are initiated or processed. We do not maintain accounts for visitors, transmit funds, or hold balances of any kind on this site.

Where Orokii engages a customer to deliver software or services, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement with its own data-handling terms. Those terms apply to that relationship; this policy applies only to your use of the orokii.com website.

The only personal information we collect on orokii.com is what you choose to send us through the contact form. That information consists of:

• Your name.
• The email address you provide.
• The company you represent.
• Your stated area of interest (which Orokii offering, your licensing status, and your target timeline if you choose to share it).
• The contents of any message you send.

We also receive standard server logs from our hosting provider (Google Cloud Run) — including IP address, browser user agent, and request paths — for the limited purpose of diagnosing service issues and preventing abuse. These logs are retained on a rolling basis and are not used for any other purpose.

We do not run third-party analytics on orokii.com. We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting tags, behavioural tracking, or fingerprinting. We do not require an account, a login, or any registration to view the site.

The information you submit through the contact form is used to:

• Respond to your inquiry.
• Schedule and conduct a follow-up conversation about Orokii offerings, if one is appropriate.
• Maintain a record of who has reached out to us, what they asked about, and how the conversation progressed.

We do not sell your information. We do not rent it. We do not provide it to data brokers. We do not use it for any form of targeted advertising — on this site or anywhere else.

Service providers we use may handle this information in the course of their service to us. The current providers are:

• Google Cloud — hosting, database, and outbound email delivery for the contact form.

We may add to this list as the site evolves. Material additions will be reflected here.

Where you explicitly ask us about an offering that is delivered through a partner relationship, we may share the specific information you provided about that interest with the partner so they can participate in the response. The two such partner relationships today are:

• KoraStratum — for inquiries about Kora IDV, Kora Compliance, Kora Sentinel, Kora CBA, or Kora Digital Banking.

We do not share information beyond what you provided about the partner-specific interest. We do not share general profile information beyond that scope.

We may disclose information when required by law — for example, in response to a valid subpoena, court order, regulatory request, or to protect Orokii, our personnel, or third parties from harm. We will resist overbroad requests where appropriate and provide notice to the affected individual where legally permitted.

We retain contact inquiries for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the relationship — typically up to seven years from your last interaction with us — after which we delete or anonymise the records. You can ask us to delete your information sooner; see section 9.

Orokii is based in the United States. If you contact us from outside the United States, you understand and agree that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States. Where we process information about individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Depending on where you are located, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict our processing of your personal information. You may also have the right to object to certain processing or to data portability.

To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@orokii.com. We will respond within thirty days.

orokii.com does not set tracking cookies. The site uses a small number of strictly-necessary technical cookies set by our hosting platform to enable basic page rendering. We will update this section if that changes.

orokii.com is not directed at children under sixteen, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone in that age bracket through this site. If you believe a child has provided information to us, email privacy@orokii.com and we will delete it promptly.

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. We recommend reviewing the policy periodically.
