A Guide to Signup and Login into Orokii App
Customer Signup
- Download the Orokii App from the Google Play store.
- Install the app.
- After installation, launch the app.
- Select Signup from the login/signup from the Welcome to Orokii page.
- On the Signup As page, select Business or Individual (whichever applies to you) and tap the Next button.
- Review our commitment to security page and tap on the Next blue text at the bottom of the page to watch the signup 60-second video.
- After watching the video, tap the Done text to continue.
- If you selected Business, fill out the business data page and follow the instructions.
- If you selected Individual, fill out the Create an Account page with a valid email address, phone number, password, and confirm password. If you have a referral code, enter it; otherwise, leave the field blank. Please read our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy by tapping the link. After reading the policy, swipe left to get back to the page.
- Tap the Next button to read our Communication Privacy Disclosure
- Tap the green Continue text to close the popup window
- On the Identity Verification page, read the instruction
- Tap the Start Verification button to continue
- On the second Identity Verification page, read the instruction, then tap the Start Verification button to continue
- On the Camera Permission page, tap the Grant Permission button to continue
- On the SCAN PHOTO ID page, provide a government-issued Photo ID such as a Driver’s License, ID Card, or Passport to scan. Place the photo ID within the camera window to scan it.
- Review the information displayed for accuracy. If the information is correct, tap the Accept button. If not, use the Back button to rescan the Photo ID.
- On the SCAN FACE page, scan your face by looking at the camera and ensure your face is within the circle. First, let the camera scan your face without any facial expression. Then when the app asks you to provide a big smile, smile and wait. Depending on the lighting in the area where you are scanning your face, you may have to repeat this process several times.
- If the face scan is successful, the app will inform you. Tap the Ok button, then tap the Continue button to go to the next page.
- On the Electronic Signature page, your name from the Photo ID is displayed. Tap the date icon to accept today’s date (tap OK to close the date window), and then tap the I Accept button to continue.
- On the Add New Bank Account page, tap the Add Account button to continue to link your online bank account.
- Orokii uses Plaid to link an online bank account. Please check the box next to I understand your terms and conditions link on the displayed popup window, then tap the Continue button.
- Read the instruction on the next page and tap the Continue button.
- On the Select your institution page, select your bank from the list.
- Once you have chosen a bank, provide your bank online credentials – username and password to login into your bank account.
- Your bank will send you a text message on your mobile phone to confirm that you are making this account link. Tap the Continue button to receive the code on your phone.
- Once you receive the code, paste it on the Verify your identity page and tap the Submit button to continue.
- Select the one you want to link from your bank account list, then tap the Continue button. On the Success page, tap the Continue button.
- Wait a few seconds for the linked bank account to show on the App. Tap the Next button to continue.
- Congratulations! You have signup successfully on the Orokii app. Tap the Let’s go button to continue.
Login to the App the first time
Please download the Google Authenticator and install it before you start the login process (see download instructions below).
- After you tap the Let’s go button, the app will display a Time-based One Time Password (TOTP) login screen. Read the Take Action popup message and tap Ok to continue.
- Read the instruction carefully on the One Time Password page before you begin.
- Copy the Secret key using the Tap to copy blue text link.
- Add the secret key to the Google Authenticator (see instruction below)
- Get the one-time code from the authenticator (note the code changes every 30 seconds) and input it or paste it onto the page
- Once the code is pasted (input), automatic verification will commence. If the code is still valid, you will successfully login to the app.
- If the code has expired by the time you paste or input it, go back to the Google Authenticator to get a new code – it is best to get the code when a new code is just generated to give you time to get back to the app and paste or input it.
- After a successful login, the home page (Wallet) will display. You will see the total balance of your wallet shown. Every user gets 5 XLM tokens upon signup.
Download the Google Authenticator from the Google Play store.
Follow the instruction below to create a Google Authenticator (GA) account.
- Use the + sign (located on the bottom right) to add a new account on GA
- Select Enter a setup key
- Enter an account name (for example, Orokii App)
- Paste the Secret key you copied previously from the Orokii App to the Your key field
- Leave the Type of Key as Time based
- Tap the Add button to add the account
- Please copy the code by pressing on the generated code to copy it to the clipboard.
- Go to the Orokii app and press anywhere in the six boxes to paste the code. A Paste Code popup will display; tap the Paste text to paste the code.
Login to Orokii App
- Launch the Orokii app
- Select Login from the Signup/Login page
- Enter your password
- Launch the Google Authenticator
- Get the code for the Orokii App account
- Please copy the code by pressing on the generated code to copy it to the clipboard.
- Go to the Orokii app and press anywhere in the six boxes to paste the code. A Paste Code popup will display; tap the Paste text to paste the code.
- Once the code is pasted (input), automatic verification will commence. If the code is still valid, you will successfully login to the app.
- If the code has expired by the time you paste or input it, go back to the Google Authenticator to get a new code – it is best to get the code when a new code is just generated to give you time to get back to the app and paste or input it – codes are generated every 30 seconds.
- After a successful login, the home page (Wallet) will display. You will see the total balance of your wallet shown.
